We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks.  The owner is very personable and takes great pride in his work.  They are new, cozy and kept very clean.  The beds are comfortable as well.  We had a few colder nights and heat worked great.  There is a Roku set up where you can add your info for streaming tv.  We had zero issues with it or Wifi.  Full stove and refrigerators here with very basic kitchen items such as utensils, plates, mugs, a pot, a pan, and a sheet pan.  A nice touch with a coffee pot, salt and pepper.
